How Arab States Fuel U.S.-Israeli War and Genocide | Iran’s Dr. Foad Izadi

University of Tehran Professor, Dr. Foad Izadi, describes the Arab regimes facilitating U.S. and Israeli war across the region as “dictatorships.” “These are not governments that represent their people,” he told Drop Site. “They represent ruling families that depend on U.S. backing to stay in power.”

From Egypt to the Gulf monarchies, Izadi said these states host U.S. military infrastructure, fund it, and provide political cover for genocide. “When the U.S. tells them to host a military base — they say yes. When the U.S. tells them to pay for that base — they say yes. When the U.S. asks for silence about genocide — they watch their language.”

He believes that many fear Iran’s revolutionary history. “Iran had a king — and then overthrew him…That idea terrifies these monarchies.”

Dr. Izadi points out that these nations “host the infrastructure for war. And at the same time, they pretend they are neutral or peace-seeking.” But, according to Dr. Izadi, “the Arab peoples — not their governments — know the truth.” He said, “I think in the long run, history will remember who stood with genocide, and who stood against it.”
