On the first day of the Harmony Montgomery murder #trial Adam Montgomery, her father, conceded guilt on two charges: Abuse of a Corpse and Falsifying Physical Evidence. Adam Montgomery is facing a series of charges, including second-degree murder, second-degree assault, and tampering with witnesses and informants. These charges stem from the disappearance of his daughter Harmony Montgomery
Prosecutors allege that Adam Montgomery committed child abuse, killed Harmony in December 2019, hid her body for months, and then disposed of it. Despite extensive searches, Harmony’s body has not been found. Adam Montgomery has agreed to 'concessions' before day one of trial even starts to two of the charges: falsifying physical evidence and abuse of a corpse. What will this mean for the trial? Opening statements will begin February 8, 2024
