Who pleaded guilty today
📌 Nicholas Anzalone: 1st-degree manslaughter; 22 years + 5 years PRS
📌Anthony Farinaa: 1st-degree manslaughter; 22 years + 5 years PRS; sentencing for both is on Nov 21; they both remain free on bond until sentencing.
📌 Michael Mashaw → 2nd-degree manslaughter; 3–9 years; sentencing Nov 21.
📌 David Walters → 2nd-degree manslaughter; 2⅓–7 years; sentencing Nov 21.
Who’s going to trial (jury selection Oct 6):
📌 David Kingsley, Matthew Galliher, Nicholas Kieffer → charged with 2nd-degree murder ( 25-to-life if convicted).
📌 Michael Fisher → 1st-degree manslaughter (5–15 years).
