Cooke's Pie&Mash Shop is a family business in the fourth generation. Joe Cooke is currently the boss. His great grandfather opened the shop in 1896 and is supposed to have been the first to make this kind of pie - ground beef, mashed potatoes, and the signature parsley sauce in a pie crust.
