The concoction was a hit with his son George, who went on to develop the recipe into an entire business providing baby food.Now George's grandchildren, Claus Hipp and his brother, are leading a workforce of 2500 employees to produce entirely organic baby food. The company has its ingredients delivered from 6000 organic farmers.
