as posted by the channel

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, Felix Tshisekedi has been declared the surprise winner in the presidential election. If the result is confirmed, it could be the country’s first democratic transfer of power since independence in 1960. But questions are being asked about the results, with election monitors as well as foreign governments such as France and Belgium casting doubt. Runner-up Martin Fayulu and his supporters have denounced the outcome as rigged.
