In an address to the European Parliament in Strasbourg, Juncker repeated his call for London to present realistic proposals to replace the Irish backstop arrangement in their divorce agreement. The EU Parliament is due to adopt a resolution later today calling for another extension for Britain to agree to terms for its withdrawal.
