And when COVID19 rates surge, keeping track of endless lists of contacts is almost impossible. Experts say that's not an argument against contact tracing. Rather they say it needs to be ramped up and sped up. Turkey is one example of where contact tracing was working. But new infections are on the rise again. And critics blame the Turkish government for that.
