8:36Now PlayingU.S. prosecutors charged the founder of the far-right Oath Keepers militia, Stewart Rhodes, and 10 alleged members of the group with seditious conspiracy for their role in the deadly attack on the United States Capitol. This is first time the sedition charge has been applied over the deadly riot. The sedition charge is defined as attempting "to overthrow, put down or to destroy by force the government of the United States".
