Sounds a bit unfair to your hard-won cash, doesn't it? Well that's how many Ghanaians see the new Electronic Transaction Levy. That's a 1.5 percent tax on all sums in Ghana Cedis, above the equivalent of about 14 dollars. For many, it's an extra economic burden when cost of living is rising.
