It has 57 members in Europe, North America and Central Asia -- including Russia and Ukraine. The OSCE's Secretary General Helga Schmid talked to DW about why the organization had to end its special monitoring mission to Ukraine. And that it's "absolutely unacceptable" that some of its local staff members are still detained in eastern Ukraine.
