A team of UN-appointed legal experts is in Ukraine collecting evidence over alledged Russian war crimes to present to the UN Human Rights Council next March. Important to note that earlier this year the UN concluded that Russia did committ war crimes in areas it occupied. Today, investigators said the massive blackouts from airstikes targeting the power grid have been devastating for millions of people
