as posted by the channelIn recent weeks, Iran has released seven European political prisoners. And yet, over a dozen Western passport-holders remain detained in the Islamic Republic. Among them at least two German nationals. One of them is 68 years old Nahid Taghavi. We met with her daughter, who is fighting for her mother to be released.
For more on this topic we talk to Ye-One Rhie. She is a member of the German parliament for the governing Social Democrats and one of many German politicians who have taken on a political sponsorship of Iranian prisoners, campaigning for their release.
