Belarus says its leader Alexander Lukashenko has held another phone call with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin - a day after a short-lived armed uprising ended with the head of the Wagner mercenary group ordering his troops to stand down. Lukashenko has been credited with brokering the deal that aborted Yevgeny Prigozhin's uprising.

Prigozhin appears to have agreed to go into exile in Belarus, in exchange for insurrection charges against him being dropped. Many questions remain. Prigozhin's current whereabouts are unknown. Let's take a look at the extraordinary events in southern Russia this weekend.
