7:35Now PlayingThe International Red Cross says some 10,000 people are missing in Libya after Mediterranean storm Daniel caused catastrophic flooding. The floods swept away entire neighborhoods in a number of coastal towns. The destruction was worst in the eastern coastal city of Derna, where the heavy rains caused two dams to collapse, wiping out one quarter of the city.
