An alliance of opposition parties led by former Prime Minister Donald Tusk has signed a coalition agreement. But despite having the majority of seats, they'll have to wait to take power.
First, the conservative nationalist Law and Justice (PIS), which won the most seats as a single party, will get its shot at forming a new government. That's despite outgoing Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki appearing to have no path forward.
