A recent investigation by Global Witness and other nonprofit groups suggests that derogation has allowed Russia to rake in hundreds of millions of euros in tax revenues from oil flowing through Bulgaria. Our reporter Rosie Birchard sat down with Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov and asked him when this loophole would be closed.
