4:00Now PlayingThe United Nations International Court of Justice has cleared the way to hear claims brought by Ukraine over a Russian accusation of genocide. The International Court of Justice in The Hague has ruled that it DOES have jurisdiction to hear part of Ukraine's case. Kyiv's main argument is that Russia falsely accused Ukraine of genocide to justify its invasion in February 2022. Russia and Ukraine have previously accused each other of genocide.
