as posted by the channelIn China at least four people have been killed and more than a hundred thousand evacuated after heavy rains caused extensive flooding in Guangdong province. The government issued its highest-level rainstorm warning on Tuesday as rains continued to batter the south of the country. Meteorologists in the megacity of Shenzhen warned citizens the risk of flash floods was very high. Chinese state media said it was a once in a century event.
