On Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy delivered an emotional speech to Germany's parliament, pleading for lawmakers to continue to stand behind Kyiv. Zelenskyy was in Berlin for a conference to gather support for rebuilding Ukraine. But he also used his platform to call on his allies to make sure that Russia is held to account.
