A Russian plane that has been used in a previous swap was spotted flying from Moscow to Kaliningrad, a Russian territory between Poland and Lithuania. Several Russian dissidents including Kremlin critic Vladimir Kara-Murza, have also reportedly been moved, suggesting they could be part of a swap. Turkey says it is coordinating what could be the largest prisoner exchange with Moscow since the Cold War.
