15:03Now PlayingThe US, UK and Germany have announced new military assistance to Ukraine. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has again urged allies to allow his country to use missiles from Western backers to attack deep inside Russia. Zelenskyy attended a meeting at Ramstein air base in Germany where representatives from some 50 countries gathered for talks being hosted by US defense secretary, Lloyd Austin. Zelenskyy later met German Chancellor Olaf Scholz for talks in Frankfurt.
