The leader of the opposition Voice Party, Kira Rudik, told DW’s Tim Sebastian that Russia, China, Iran and North Korea are using Western indecision over the Ukrainian use of long-range missiles to get ready for a bigger war. Rudik also said Kyiv has shown with the Kursk incursion that Russia is not invincible, and that Putin is bluffing.
