7:40Now PlayingThe West Bank has seen increased levels of violence since the terrorist attacks by Hamas into Israel on October 7 of last year. The territory has been occupied by Israel since 1967 and Palestinians fear that expanding Israeli settlements will squeeze them out. The United Nations general assembly is set to vote on a resolution on Israel's activities in the occupied West bank. The resolution, written by the Palestinian authority, deamnds Israel end its presence in the territory. This comes after nearly daily Israeli raids and airstrikes on what it says are armed factions operating there. Meanwhile settlement building continues, which is considered illegal by most of the international community. So what is Israel's plan for the West Bank?
