2:56Now PlayingThe Lebanese Red Cross says an Israeli airstrike has hit an apartment building in the town of Aitou in northern Lebanon, killing at least 18 people. Aitou is in the northern Zgharta district and is home to a Maronite Christian majority, with approximately 1,000 residents. It is far from Hezbollah-dominated areas that Israel has been targeting in the south of the country. The town of Aitou is around 100 kilometers north of Lebanon’s capital Beirut, where Israel has launched numerous strikes.
