as posted by the channel

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has testified at his own trial for corruption for the first time in Tel Aviv.

Netanyahu railed at the charges against him, describing the allegations as an "ocean of absurdity."

He is accused of fraud, embezzlement, and bribery in three separate cases spanning back years.

Netanyahu is the first sitting Israeli prime minister to be charged with a crime.

Judges have ordered him to testify three times a week in the coming weeks, with the proceedings not expected to wrap up for more than a year.
