Belarus opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya says the fall of Assad demonstrates such regimes can be defeated by different tools. She also told DW that "any trigger" could spell downfall for the Lukashenko regime in Minsk. Ms. Tsikhanouskaya added that Assad's departure has weakened Russia's President Vladmir Putin, a key ally for Belarussian President Aleksandr Lukashenko.
