Trump had a number of messages for business leaders gathered at the Swiss ski resort for their annual global summit. He harshly criticized allies Canada and the European Union, demanded that OPEC lower oil prices and called for lower global interest rates. Trump also promised the global business elite lower taxes if they invest in the US and threatened tariffs if they don't.
