They'll present an outline for what's being called a European "reassurance force" that could monitor an eventual ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. Media reports suggest the plans include a troop level of less than 30-thousand, protected by U-S fighter planes if necessary. But as Teri Schultz explains, it's far from certain the Trump Administration will agree to provide any such support.
