That will be welcome news for the probable next Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz. He's currently negotiating coalition terms with the Social Democrat SPD. Both parties say they want to spend hundreds of Billions of Euros on Germany's defense. But questions remain about what exactly Germany will spend the money on? And how much might it all cost?
