His administration says that the program was 'obliterated' in the weekend attacks. This, as a ceasefire between Israel and Iran appears to be holding after a very shaky start. Iran and Israel confirmed the truce shortly after firing salvos of missiles at each other. Both sides now claim to have won the war.
