That’s even as the horrors of what the regime was doing remain unresolved. DW’s Mohamad Chreyteh reports from the island of Arwad off the city of Tartous that was spared most of the destruction caused by the civil war, but people there are nonetheless still searching for answers, and their missing relatives.
