10:00Israel's military says it will use "greater force" in Gaza City, as it orders all of its residents to leave ahead of a new offensive. Gaza City is the territory's largest urban center. Israel says it is Israel says it is the last stronghold of Hamas. A military spokesperson warns staying in the city could be "very dangerous." It follows a similar warning from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Israel's planned 'takeover' of Gaza City, and the forcible evacuation of nearly one million people sheltering there, has caused international alarm, with critics warning it could worsen the territory's humanitarian crisis.
