One of the world's poorest nations in the world the Central African Republic has struggled for years with civil wars and military coups. At one point more than a fifth of the population was forced to flee their homes. Incumbent president Faustin-Archange Touadéra has pledged to restore order. After changing the constitution, he's seeking a third term. Some opposition parties are boycotting the vote.
