as posted by the channel

Israel has reopened the Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt for limited crossings — after a nearly two-year closure. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says movement in and out of Gaza will be subject to Israeli security checks and initially limited. The move will pave the way for some Palestinians who fled Gaza during the war to return home for the first time — and for some of the tens of thousands of people, who need medical care, to seek treatment abroad.

The reopening between the Gaza Strip and Egypt is restoring a vital gateway to the outside world for people in Gaza and a key step in the ceasefire plan between Israel and the Palestinian militant group Hamas.
