Speaking to DW at the Kyiv Security Forum (KSF), Dragone described the war as a stalemate and said it would be “difficult” to bring it to an end on the battlefield. He added that the state of the Russian economy could play a decisive role in Ukraine’s future. NATO’s top military commander also praised Ukraine for sharing its experience in drone warfare with the alliance, calling it “golden” for NATO.
