4:31Now PlayingEuropean leaders are pushing to speed-up membership talks for Balkan nations. That's the message coming from the EU-Western Balkans Summit held in Montenegro. EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen called enlargement a geostrategic imperative. She said that Montenegro's bid to join in 2028 is 'within reach'. It's one of six Balkan nations currently on the path to accession.
