The military, political, economic and psychological campaign is aimed at ending the war. Russian officials say hundreds of drones were intercepted overnight, as attacks targeted areas including Moscow and Crimea. On the Black Sea peninsula, disruptions to fuel and power supplies prompted authorities to declare a state of emergency. Ukraine sees the region as central to weakening Russia’s military operations. DW's Ben Fajzullin asks Maria Snegovaya from the Center for Strategic and International Studies if the strategy could change the course of the war.
