The Board of Peace, led by US President Trump, proposed that Israel could gradually withdraw from the territory alongside gradual Hamas disarmament. But Netanyahu says Israeli forces will not withdraw until Hamas is completely disarmed. We speak to our correspondent in Jerusalem and leading Palestinian politician Mustafa Barghouti in Ramallah.
