Euromaidan Protestor Describes Pro-Russian Violence During Revolution

I did this interview in person while in Kharkiv shortly after Ukraine launched its successful counter offensive in the region. The interview touched a lot of topics, one of which was the Euromaidan revolution, which Anastasia took part in inside the city of Kharkiv, where she grew up. She even dropped out of school to become a fulltime revolutionary. In this video she describes what motivated her to join the Revolution of Dignity, what it was like protesting in a Russian speaking city like Kharkiv, and the violence she saw while participating in the protests. This description of violence even incudes a deadly stabbing that killed Euromaidan protesters she saw with her own eyes.

Note: Yes an air raid siren went off during the interview, I chose to keep going and not stop until it was over to show just how common these attacks are in cities like Kharkiv during the war, and how people have been adjusting to it as this has been normalized.
