1:55Now PlayingREXBURG-- VO: Owners of local restaurant say they’ve mastered the secret of a really flavorful burger.
SOT: “Our menu is more than just a burger, it’s a gourmet burger, and we have a process we put them through to keep them juicy,” Owner David Rail says.
VO: David and Tara Rail, the owner of Redd’s Grill says the restaurant has been four years in the making. Prior to their current location at Teton Lakes Golf Course, they made their gourmet burgers in a food trailer.
SOT: "Every time we were at a larger event, people would ask us where our restaurant is, and we’d have to say well it’s inside the trailer,” Rail says.
VO: Over the last month owners have been turning their restaurant into a reality.
SOT: “We’ve started with a small menu and it’s just grown over the years. From burgers, hot dogs, chicken, (to) fish and chips. We’ve done all kinds of stuff like that," Rail says.
VO: Rail says the one of the best items on the menu is the good neighbor burger.
SOT: We have a barbecue burger we call it the good neighbor burger because every time one is purchased we donate a dollar to a non-profit that we’ve selected," Rail says.
VO: First time customers says they loved Redd’s Grill enjoyed all of the bold flavors.
