EastIdahoNews.com and Ashley Furniture HomeStore are teaming up every week to bring you some good news during Feel Good Friday!

We want to surprise people in our community with random acts of kindness and leave you feeling good.

Ken Foster has spent the past 37 years delivering packages for UPS. His route has always been the Terreton, Mud Lake, Hamer, Monteview, Howe and Dubois areas. Everyone living in these towns knows who Ken is and they love him.

Last year Ken was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and when customers on his route found out about the illness, they wanted to do something. In just a few days, over 200 people donated more than $14,000 to Ken and his wife. The organizers of the fundraiser delivered the money to Ken a few days before Christmas and recorded the surprise.

We decided to thank Ken for his dedicated work and caught up with him at his home a few days ago. Watch the video above to see what happened!
