Newly released video from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in Arizona shows what Lori Vallow Daybell brought with her in a black box from Idaho.
Daybell was extradicted in November from the Pocatello Women's Correctional Center to the jail in Arizona. She carried a locked black box with her and when she was processed in the jail, deputies asked her to open it.
Daybell entered the combination from the box and the deputy pulled out the following items:
-Headphones
-Charging cable for a laptop
-Two hard drives with connecting cables
-Another connecting cable
-Two flash drives
-an HP laptop with a label attached that said property of Mark Means
Means was Daybell's attorney in Idaho until December 2021.
Four notebooks were also found in the black box.
Daybell was allowed to have a laptop in Idaho to review evidence as she prepared for trial.
The items were put back into the black box and Daybell locked it before deputies said they were going to admit into storage for safe keeping. They told Daybell that it could be picked up by someone who gave them the proper form.
Daybell remains in the Maricopa County Jail awaiting trial.
