Detective provides details never before made public during day 11 of the Chad Daybed trial

Fremont County Detective Vince Kaaiakamanu spent roughly six hours on the witness stand Thursday. Among the items he discussed was information that prior to Thursday had never been made public — that Tammy Daybell and her children were aware of Chad’s light-dark scale of spirits.

According to Kaaiakamanu’s testimony, Chad, Tammy and their children exchanged messages about children and the family’s church’s Sunday school and their rating on the scale. One of the children, who was named during the trial was identified by Chad as being a 4.2 dark spirit.
