29:21Now PlayingIDAHO FALLS -- A 38-year-old man is now behind bars after a judge denied both party’s requests for a “rider”, and gave him prison time instead.
District Judge Michael Whyte sentenced Braxton Adams to a minimum of three years and a maximum of ten years in prison for felony injury to a child.
Adams initially pleaded not guilty to felony lewd conduct with a child but signed a plea agreement in April agreeing to plead guilty to an amended charge of felony injury to a child. In that case, he was sentenced to a minimum of two and a maximum of five years in prison. Both sentences will run concurrently.
