Owner Antonio Meza, started Pachangas 18 years ago here in Idaho Falls and was once located on B street, but found it's permeanent home on A Street.

Meza told me the food has changed a bit over the years, taking feedback from customers, he still aims to ensure each dish is a representation of himself and his culture.
