A last-minute hearing was held this morning in front of Criminal Presiding Judge Jennifer Green in Lori Vallow Daybell’s case.
She heard Daybell’s motion to have Judge Justin Beresky removed from the case.
Green denied Daybell’s motion. Beresky remains on the case. Jury selection begins this afternoon.
