RIGBY – For the last four years, Cassius Moore and his band, Anyone Awake, have played throughout Idaho. Their 2024 album has garnered more than a million online streams and now they’re embarking on a 40-day DIY tour across the country in hopes of landing a full-time career.
In a conversation with EastIdahoNews.com, Moore, 19, of Rigby, says “it’s pretty insane” to think about all the opportunities he’s had to travel and perform the last several years. He’s excited to begin this cross-country adventure performing in venues he’s only dreamed of playing.
“We’ve been promised a stage at all these places,” says Moore. “Our first stop in Provo is with a band called Misconception. They’re offering their backyard for a free show. We’ll be posting on TikTok and Instagram (throughout the tour) hoping that people come and see us.”
