as posted by the channelWinning Is Learning.
What's happening ya' all , Leif Babin here from Echelon Front.
I was talking to somebody that wanted to start training Jiu-Jitsu
recently and they asked me like what should they be thinking
about and I always say the same thing was that you should
tap early and often number one and realized that winning
is learning winning is learning winning doesn't mean that
you're we start changing it to winning doesn't mean you're
going to go in there and not get tapped by people cause you're
going to get tapped by everybody.
Whoo-hoo people have been trying for a longer time and know
Do the stuff so winning is actually learning how what not
to do.
So once you actually tab when someone jokes you want someone
gets you an armoire or whatever it is.
Then you actually need to ask them.
Okay.
How did you do that?
Which I do defend that and learn from that and it's the same
thing for leaders.
We get out all the time from leaders, how do I recover
from a serious mistake, you know, or how do I stand up in
front of my team and actually take ownership of this major
issue? Are they going to lose respect for me?
Look no one is infallible.
Everyone's going to make mistakes and just like in Jiu-Jitsu
and Leadership winning.
Is learning so you standing up there and take an ownership
of a problem and say Here's what are the mistake?
I made here's what I'm going to Dixie going forward.
Let's Implement a solution to make sure that's a mistake
doesn't happen.
Again.
It's the same thing.
So everyone's going to fail.
Everyone's going to make mistakes.
You just gotta learn from it and go forward.
So whether you're training Jiu-Jitsu or whether you're a
leader in any capacity , in any level of the organization winning
is learning. GO GET SOME.
