I took a trip down to Dimona to visit the Hebrew Israelites to learn and share what I found out.
They’re a wonderful community.
Warm and welcoming, they have the highest induction rate into the IDF with 100% service.
They’re also the largest vegan community in the world. They have the largest concentration of African Americans outside of America, in any place in the world.
Their entire lifestyle is based on the Torah, they observe the Sabbath, Yom Kippur, Passover, the laws of purity and others.
And my favorite part, that you feel everywhere you go amongst them, are their guiding principles of peace, justice, love, equality and family.
I had an amazing day with my friend @ashrielmoore, along with @lilaq_logan98 @that_semite @rudy_israel and more - and I’ll be going back again for sure.
